Spending time outside not only helps us to cope with the stresses of quarantine and the global pandemic, but also helps us to prioritize our physical health through exercise and strengthening our bodies and immune systems.

As long as we practice social distancing and wear masks when we could come in close proximity with others, experts agree that exercise, sunlight, and fresh air are essential now more than ever.
