What is the turnaround time and shipping policy?
Our standard turnaround time is 30 days from the date of the PO and art approval. We have a 17 day rush available on some of our products at a 20% rush charge - contact your rep to see if a 17 day rush is available on your order.
We cover all freight costs to a single shipping location. Any additional shipment locations are a flat rate of $44 per location.
With our standard lead time of 30 days, we need the accurate shipping address(es) 2 weeks prior to the in hands date. For any rush order, we need the delivery address included in the PO.
What is the spec sample policy?
We offer free quality samples on all of our socks.
Printed Socks: We no longer offer free spec samples on our printed socks. We can produce pre-production specs for a $40 nonrefundable deposit towards your full order. Pre-production specs can take up to 2-weeks to arrive.
Jaquard Socks: As knit socks are more labor intensive, we require a $200 nonrefundable deposit towards your order. Pre-production specs can take up to 2-weeks to arrive.

What yarn is in my sock?
Proprietary blend of combed terry cotton, micro polyester and spandex that is sewn on terry machines, 144 point needle machines. Sweat-wicking and antimicrobial properties are added to the footbed. Double elastic to stay up on the calf. Micropoly features on foot to stay breathable.
What is the deal with the design window?
Our printed Premium, Classic and Business socks all feature a full color design area that is 3.5 by 4.5 inches tall. This is the space we apply our digital ink printing process that allows us to create beautiful, detailed and PMS color-matched designs.
The rest of the the sock is a pre-knit base and cannot be altered
Why digital ink?
Strideline uses a proprietary printing process called digital ink. Our socks start as pre-knit bases and then we use digital ink to create a rich and vivid print in the design area. This way, we can guarantee the PMS color match, the design will be clear and crisp, and there will be no distortion to the logo.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
What is your cancellation policy?
Rush Orders - once a rush order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed. The quantity and artwork are final. The PO is considered placed as soon a PO is received.
Non Rush Orders - Within 24 hours of a PO submission, you can cancel or modify your order with no fee. After 24 hours, to cancel or modify the PO we require 50% fee of the order amount.
